Do you remember that amazing hat worn by Elle Fanning at the 2019 Cannes Festival? If you don't, then you should immediately 'Google' it, because this capeline is almost an exact match!

They date to around the 1950's/60's (possibly earlier) and are made from a zig zag patterned threaded crin that was spiraled to make a capeline. To shape simply give it a steam and pop onto your hat block of choice. 

Capeline measures:
Flat measurement from crown tip to brim: 28cm (11 inches)
Brim width from side crown to brim edge: 9cm (3.5 inches)
